Emerge University – Connect, Learn, Repeat.

In any company, the most critical asset is the employees, and investing in their talent is one area that would sustain your business growth and success. That is why we at Emerge BPO have launched our Emerge University.

Emerge University was introduced in August 2019 with a simple objective – to enhance modern adult learning through innovation. The virtual campus allows every employee of Emerge BPO, the ability to access skill development courses that are specific to their current roles and courses that prepare them for their future career paths in the industry.

The platform was partnered with LinkedIn learning to gain access to thousands of multimedia content produced by global leaders and subject matter experts. We have also partnered with EdX to provide accredited micro degree courses as an added benefit. Currently, 100 percent of the workforce at Emerge BPO are enrolled in Emerge University.

We understand that in order to keep our employees engaged and to continuously motivate them to enhance their learning potential and output, we needed to create an environment that supports healthy competition. Therefore, Emerge University also comes with a Gamification feature that allows each user to earn points and badges whenever they complete a course.

During a recent discussion with our employees, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Co-founder of Emerge, Adrian Collins stated that this venture is to aid in the development of all employees.“We all have careers, and it would be nice if everybody would want to stay at one company forever and would fall in love with Emerge BPO and want to stay here. It is important for you to progress in your career and take on new responsibility, and get more training,” Collins explained.
